“We”, “us”, “our”, “localvillains”, “local villains” and all the synonyms means LOCAL VILLAINS.

“You” means the person placing an order, visitor of the website.
This website and all content contained within it is protected by copyright and no portion of it may be used without express written permission from LOCAL VILLAINS owners.
DOs and DON’Ts
Users shouldn’t do any activities, which may harm, damage or badly influence the website, including any interference into what is included in the online shop or in its technical elements. It is forbidden to use this website for purposes different than its destiny, including any unwanted spam being sent, putting unwanted marketing and other unwanted things on the website.
Breaks in working time
The online shop, in the broadest range allowed by law, is not responsible for any breaks, pauses and other unwanted website behaviours, including those caused by unknown root cause, forbidden activity from third parties or uncompatibility of the online shop with customers hardware.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in many currencies, mainly in ZŁ(PLN), GBP, USD, EUR, and payment can only be accepted in ZŁ(PLN), GBP, USD, EUR. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with LOCAL VILLAINS website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with LOCAL VILLAINS will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact LOCAL VILLAINS directly at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

Payment and e-Receipt (Potwierdzenie Zapłaty)
By accepting these Terms and Conditons you agree on receiving e-Receipt/Potwierdzenie Zapłaty only, and we will not send you the paper receipt. E-Receipt/Potwierdzenie Zapłaty will be your only official document confirming the payment.
Moreover, by accepting these Terms and Conditins you agree on using the payment provider we chose. Additionally, you agree on handing over all the personal data to the online payment provider, so that the payment can be processed correctly. We do not take the responsibility for the payment process, which is processed by external online payment provider.
Please see individual product sales pages for information about delivery and shipping charges, where applicable.
The fulfillment time varies from 2 to 7 business days. Most of the orders are being fulfilled within 3 business days.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Mainly, there are the below options, you can choose from:
- Standard: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
- Flat Rate: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1-3 business days after fulfillment
- Polska-Przesyłka Priorytetowa: 3-10 business days after fulfillment
After selecting the products, all the available shipping methods and their timings will be available in the basket here.
Total lead time 3 (at minimum) to 25 (at maximum) business days.
International Shipment Additional Costs:
- If you live in European Union there is no additional costs.
- If you live in USA there is no additional costs.
- If you live outside European Union or USA, there should be no costs. However, if the border authorities claim additional costs to be paid, it is customer’s responsibility (your) to cover them. All the complaints may be shared here.
Normally we ship the orders withing 5 business days, the time is being counted after confirming the payment on the shop’s account.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase a selected number of print on demand digital services which, if accepted by us, will result in a contract between you and us (we only sell the possibility to print our brand designs on the chosen clothes distributed by Printful), and then us and Printful. All the products are distributed directly by Printful to the final customer, in Europe from Latvia and in USA from Charlotte, NC or Los Angeles, CA. That is why all the customers’ returns should go back to Printful’s headquarters at customer’s expense (you), if there is such a need (You will get return form together with return address to each of your orders). Moreover, you need to reach out to us first, to get further details about the return procedure at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that products will not be sent by Printful until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order:
You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You may be directed to a third-party site to complete your order e.g. Przelewy24, PayPal etc.
We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:
- We do not have the products in stock
- Your payment is not authorized
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
- You have canceled your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If the client gives the wrong or not real data, our online shop is not responsible for it and will not be able to return the money on such orders.
The differences between the visual parts on the computer’s screens, which may occur due to individual customers’ screen settings may not be the reason to return or complain about the products.
If the size you chose is wrong, we do not change sizes. This is why we have all the sizes explicitly described at our website, so you can order the proper one.
Returning products after sending
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase a selected number of print on demand services which, if accepted by us, will result in a contract between you and us, and then us and Printful. All the products are distributed directly by Printful, in Europe from Latvia and in USA from Charlotte, NC or Los Angeles, CA to the final customer(you). That is why the returns of the clothes (if any) have to go back to Printful’s headquarters at customer’s expense (you). You will get the return form together with return address in each of your orders.
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us at email@example.com to talk about what possibly can be done in your case.
You have 14 days to return the product to the return address attached to each order, the product cannot have visible signs of wearing or damage.

Complaints and Complaints Procedure
All the complaints may be shared here.
- If you want to make a complaint, please describe what is your concern at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The e-mail of complaints must be sent from exactly the same e-mail address used to place the order.
- If the products you received are broken or different than the order you placed, please write the exact description of the issue at email@example.com , putting the order number in the e-mail title and attach photos of the problem, which will help solve the issue quicker (if applicable).
- We will reach back to you as soon as possible (within 14 days since the last message from a client) with the next steps or the refund form to be refunded.
- We are allowed to suspend the shop’s working time for any maintenance, development and other undefined works.
- We inform you and you accept the fact that using the Internet may be risky and may cause harms at customer’s end, and we as LOCAL VILLAINS are not responsible for it. Those harms may be due to threats and dangers, which are common in the Internet, including breaks into IT systems of both us and our clients, passwords takeovers by third parties, infecting client’s systems with IT viruses.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If this happens, we do not have to notify you. If you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions, you must not place any orders.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Poland and you.
